We did our A , B, C cheek A stands for air do we have enough air in our tyre. Be stands for bracks are our bracks workingand the last letter is C c stands for chin does our chain work properly?

You look like you are a real cool cyclist who already knows a lot about cycling and I know you do because I saw you recently ride down a really steep hill very confidently on our cycle trail up in Warkworth. I gave you a little bit of advice and you used it perfectly. It's good to listen to advice from people who have done it before because they are experienced. I know you would have listened carefully to the instructor at school.
