My Reflection
I have been learning to read independently for sustained periods of time. We are reading Robin Crusoe which is a novel. I found this work interesting because I got to do my own ideas. My next step is to read longer books.

Sounds like you read a very fun and adventurous book. You had some great ideas of what to take onto your lifeboat - very practical.
Some careful thought went into that Callum. I glad you didn't need tobacco like Robinson Crusoe. I love that you are doing sustained, independent reading. That's what we were doing one day in the caravan when everyone else was at the beach. That is a very cool memory for me.
